Most common errors and questions are solved on the FAQ page — check it first. If you have a question or comment regarding the software, email support and you'll deal directly with the developer.
What to include in your message
So the developer can help you fast, include:
- The name and email address you used when you ordered the software (needed for updates and registration).
- Your PDA model and processor (ARM, SH3 or MIPS) and the OS version, if you know it (e.g. Pocket PC 4.20.1081).
- The exact error message, word for word — many FAQ entries are keyed to specific wording.
